Whether a new fitness class, an exciting restaurant, a recipe from scratch or a new blog, the new is always exciting. I would like to welcome you to my blog, which will be serving my adventures in dining, fitness and dining, sunny side up!
Mornings (and new beginnings) can look one of two ways.
They can involve waking up with a startle, hugging the cold toilet bowl and feeling heavy, puffy eyes (not that I have ever done this)!
Or perhaps they involve sleepily waking up, brewing a piping hot cup of tea and sitting the relative quiet and dark, reading or working in solitude.
Whatever beginning you want to create for yourself, Good Morning Julia!!! is my surefire recipe to start the day with success and a bound on the right foot. Providing the right amount of carbs and filling fiber for the morning, yogurt’s protein, and a touch of honey. Oatmeal gives a great texture and makes this smoothie surprisingly filling.
Good Morning Julia!!!
- 1/4 cup of oatmeal
- 1/4 cup of yogurt
- 1/4 cup of milk (not shown in pic)
- 5 large strawberries
- 1 spoonful of honey
- 3 cubes of ice
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Voici Good Morning Julia!!!

Instead of doing it perfectly, I had lots of goof ups and silly moments. We’ll chronicle my exploration, and reviews of fitness classes, sports, and restaurants.
